These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Naqaa mobile application, website, and related services in Qatar. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Naqaa provides an online platform that connects customers with water merchants for delivery to homes, mosques, and offices in Qatar. Naqaa facilitates ordering, payment, and communication but merchant products and fulfilment may be provided by third-party suppliers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid Qatar mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Orders and Delivery
- Orders are subject to merchant availability, minimum order values, and delivery schedules shown in the app.
- You must provide a correct delivery location. Delays caused by inaccurate address or contact details may affect delivery.
- Estimated delivery times (such as next-day delivery) are targets, not guarantees, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific order.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices, fees, and minimum order amounts are displayed in the app before checkout. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for your order total.

7. User Responsibilities

The Naqaa name, logo, app design, and content are owned by Naqaa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naqaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Qatar, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
